Erik ten Hag is unsure whether Jadon Sancho and Antony can feature in the clash against Aston Villa tonight.
The Red Devils are set to host newly appointed head coach Unai Emery's side in the Carabao Cup third round on Thursday, November 10.
Sancho has been on the sidelines with a muscular injury and missed United's last three fixtures, the Brazil international, meanwhile, is suffering from a groin issue.
The Manchester giants are set to face the Villains for the second time in a row after losing 3-1 at Villa Park in the Premier League last weekend.
Speaking in his pre-match conference, the Dutch manager admitted the duo could be ruled out again, depending on the final training.
"There are players coming back but a question mark. As you have seen, Anthony Martial was back for the last 20 minutes at Villa, so we are happy with that.
“And the rest, Jadon Sancho: we have to wait, Antony: we have to wait today, final training.” stated ten Hag via Manchester United's official website.
