Erik ten Hag has been asked about Luke Shaw's contract extension as well as Marcus Rashford and David De Gea's contract situation at Manchester United ahead of the Newcastle game.
United return to Premier League action following the international break as they face the Magpies in an away game on Sunday, April 2.
The Red Devils agreed a new long-term deal with Shaw as his contract was due to expire in the summer of 2024. Rashford's contract also expires in the summer of 2024, meanwhile, De Gea's contract expires this summer.
Speaking during the press conference, ten Hag said on Shaw: "If he signed, I don't know, I haven't heard, John didn't inform me until now. I have to wait for that. If true, I am pleased. We definitely want to keep him because he's a really important player for our team."
On Rashford and De Gea, he added when asked if he wants to keep them: "Yeah, I do."
