Erik ten Hag has spoken out on Antony amid abuse allegations. The Brazilian star has come under radar these past few weeks due to abuse allegations.
Amid the allegations, Manchester United released a statement on the player stating that it has been agreed with the 23-year-old that he will delay his return until further notice in order to address the allegations.
The full statement reads:
"Manchester United acknowledges the allegations made against Antony.
"Players who have not participated in international matches are due back in training on Monday. However, it has been agreed with Antony that he will delay his return until further notice in order to address the allegations.
"As a club we condemn acts of violence and abuse. We recognise the importance of safeguarding all those involved in this situation, and acknowledge the impact these allegations have on survivors of abuse."

Ahead of the game, ten Hag was asked about Antony during a press conference.
"No idea," ten Hag said when asked how long the Brazilian will be out.
"Of course he is disappointed, but he is okay," added the United boss.
