Emmanuel Petit believes Liverpool goalkeeper Caoimhin Kelleher would "perfectly" fit Tottenham.
The 24-year-old is struggling at Anfield amid limited playing time as the club's No1 goalkeeper remains Brazilian star Alisson.
Meanwhile, Tottenham are in search of a new keeper as a replacement for the 36-year-old Hugo Lloris. Petit believes Kelleher could be an ideal candidate to make a move to the North London side.
"Caoimhin Kelleher should consider a move away, however Chelsea still have two keepers in Mendy and Kepa. A club that he would fit in perfectly is Tottenham," he said, via Liverpool Echo.
"Hugo Lloris is 36, he has had a few injuries and has retired from the national team, he is not the future anymore. Foster is also 34, so Tottenham may need a refresh in that department. Kelleher is 24 years old."
Petit added: "In the cup fixtures last season, especially against Chelsea, he was really good. If he wants to cement his own legacy, he should leave and join Tottenham."
