Aston Villa head coach Dean Smith has confirmed he will make several squad changes for the Carabao Cup match against Wolverhampton.
Villa visited Etihad last week and played against back-to-back champions Manchester City. Lions will host Liverpool this weekend after facing Wolves, and Smith says he will need to make some rotations as team’s playing three tough matches in a row.
"The lads like Conor (Hourihane) who didn't play Saturday will play, Keinan (Davis) will play so we'll go with a few changes that's for sure,"
"I will look and see how they've recovered from (Man City). There are players who will need to play at Wolves because it's a big week playing Man City, Wolves and then Liverpool."
As reported earlier, Jack Grealish will be out for Wolves clash, as he got injured and substituted in the 84th minute of the match at Etihad. England international, however, could be fit for Liverpool match.
