England U21 head coach Lee Carsley has shared his high praise for Arsenal star Emile Smith Rowe, claiming the youngster has massive potential.
The Three Lions' young team celebrated a 4 - 0 victory over France U21 in a friendly match on Saturday. Smith Rowe played an important part in it, scoring one of the winning goals for his side.
After the match, Carsley shared his positive thoughts on the Gunners' man and revealed his decision to give more playing time the 22-year-old.
“I really like Emile, he’s a player with massive potential. I think he showed in patches tonight that he’s a top player, now he just needs minutes, to play games and trust his body to train and play at a high level," the manager said, via Metro.
