Chelsea target "seriously considering leaving" his club and "interested in joining" the Blues

Declan Rice is interested in joining Chelsea, according to transfer insider Dean Jones. West Ham star has been heavily linked with the move to Stamford Bridge, with the Blues considering him as their main midfield target. And now Jones claims the 22-year-old is eager to leave Hammers this summer, while Chelsea are in the best position to land the England international.
