Chelsea are in talks with Napoli midfielder

Chelsea are in talks with Napoli midfielder Jorginho. According to Il Mattino, the player’s move to Manchester United has stalled as Napoli field rival interest from Chelsea. City have offered €55m for Jorginho, plus a further €7-8m in bonuses. However, that was a week ago. Since then, Chelsea have come in with a bid of €60m for Jorginho and boss Maurizio Sarri.
