Fabrizio Romano has confirmed that Chelsea have reached an agreement with Inter for Cesare Casadei.
The 19-year-old is not joining Nice or Sassuolo as he reportedly signed a six-year contract with the Blues.
According to Romano, Nerazzurri will receive €15m fee plus add-ons for the youngster.
