Chelsea will not pay lucrative bonuses to players for their Club World Cup and UEFA Super Cup triumphs despite pocketing over £7million in prize money from lifting both trophies.
According to Sportsmail, Blues players did not negotiate any additional financial rewards for winning the two prestigious competitions during talks with club officials at the start of the season.
The west Londoners are entitled to supplementary payments from the club should they win the Premier League, Champions League, FA Cup or League Cup.
However, Chelsea's player bonus agreement does not include a pay-out for winning the Club World Cup or UEFA Super Cup.
