Chelsea midfielder Jorginho embracing new role under Lampard and promises to stay

Chelsea midfielder Jorginho has ruled out leaving the Blues-despite seeing his mentor Maurizio Sarri move on to Juventus. The 27-year-old has a new role under Frank Lampard and is expected to stay put. Jorginho, the Brazil-born ace said: “Sarri was my manager, he wasn’t my friend. We worked for four years but now this is another time, another chapter in my life. “I’m looking forward to it. Sarri left and I stayed and I need to do a job for my team. I have a long contract here, four years, and I am very happy at Chelsea.”
