Neymar who was linked with a potential move to Chelsea this summer, has finally put an end to the speculations about his future for the 2023/24 season.
As per Le 10 Sport's report, the London outfit have officially initiated discussions with Paris Saint-Germain regarding the potential transfer of their superstar weeks ago.
Meanwhile, the Brazilian has confirmed he will stay at the Pasriisn side until the end of his contract.
Neymar faced a challenging campaign in 2022/23, despite being quite productive with 15 goals and 13 assists. Moreover, he had to deal with criticism and opposition from the club's ultras.
However, time seems to have played a significant role in changing the 31-year-old's perspective as he has now decided to put any rumors to rest and confirmed that he will be staying at PSG for the upcoming season, indicating a change of heart since those challenging times.
“I hope to play this season at PSG, I have a contract with Paris. So far, no one has told me anything,” he said to CazeTV (h/t Evening Standard).
“I am calm, even if there is not much love between the supporters and the player. I will be there with or without love.”
