Jose Mourinho spoke about Chelsea's summer spending spree at his Tottenham press conference today. He said: “The other day Jurgen [Klopp] was saying Liverpool wasn’t a club of oligarchs and a club that belongs to countries. We are the same. Olivier Giroud has agreed on a deal to join Juventus, according to Sky Italia. The Chelsea striker, a January arrival from Arsenal in 2018, was an integral part of Frank Lampard's first team during the second-half of last season but reports in Italy now suggest he could be on his way.
