Celtic are desperate to sign Fraser Forster on a permanent deal, who is on loan from Southampton until the end of the season.
But what if the Hoops fail to sign the goalkeeper on permanent? Here are four alternatives they can target.
Vaclav Hladky - St Mirren

Hladky has enjoyed an impressive campaign this season, even has been linked with a move to Rangers. Despite the Buddies stay up or not, Hladky is ready to take the next step in his career.
The Czech stopper has kept 17 clean sheets in 59 appearances for St Mirren, which is a respectable record for the goalkeeper of a team threatened with relegation.
Hladky isn’t a big name, obviously, but he would be a great addition whether it’s as first choice or as an option to rotate in and out of the side.
Aaron Ramsdale - Bournemouth

Ramsdale is considered as one of England’s best young goalkeepers and the Hoops would face some tough competition should they decide to sign him.
Celtic would give the young goalkeeper the opportunity to prove himself in Europe and continue the transfer strategy of signing talented young players to sell on at a great profit that has worked so well for them in recent years.
Chelsea, Leeds United and Tottenham Hotspur have all been linked with a move for the 21-year-old, but at Celtic Ramsdale would be the undoubt first choice.
Joe Walsh - Gillingham

Walsh is attracting attention thanks to his impressive form, as not only Celtic, but Everton as well are interested in signing the youngster.
The 17-year-old is already a first team figure for Gillingham, earning the sort of experience goalkeepers are rarely given at such a young age.
However, it’s unlikely that the teenager would be able to instantly play at Celtic, and so he is no solution to the problem the Hoops might face with Forster returning to Southampton, but a move for Walsh still considered.
Freddie Woodman - Newcastle United (on loan at Swansea City)
Woodman has impressed on loan at Swansea City in the English Championship this term with the young goalkeeper reportedly keen to leave St James Park for good at the end of the 2019/20 campaign.
The Hoops would definitely face competition for the signing of the 23-year-old, however their case to the player would be a good one.
