Carabao Cup: Lincoln City 2-7 Liverpool

Liverpool beat Lincoln City in the Carabao Cup third round clash on Thursday with the score of 2-7. Xherdan Shaqiri opened the scoring already in the ninth minute of the clash. Just a few minutes later Takumi Minamino doubled the Reds' advantage. Within four minutes youngster Curtis Jones scored a brace for his side. Minamino, alike Jones, netted brace, in the first minutes of the second-half. In the 60th minute of the match Tayo Edun scored the first goal for his side. Marko Grujic also marked his name on the scoresheet, as scored the sixth one for the Merseyside club. Lewis Montsma netted the second one for Lincoln in the 66th minute. Seventh goal of the Reds was scored by Divock Origi in last minute of the clash.
