Newcastle United's young talent, Elliot Anderson, realized every young football fan's dream as he made his Champions League debut against PSG.
In a challenging UCL night against the French champions, Eddie Howe's side managed to capitalize on the Parisian's mistakes, with Miguel Almiron scoring after a sloppy pass from the back and local heroes Dan Burn and Sean Longstaff extending Newcastle's lead. A stunning goal from Fabian Schar sealed the win.
With limited options on the bench, Howe turned to a local player, the 20-year-old, Anderson in the second half.
After the historic victory, the youngster took to Instagram to express his joy, saying, “Champions League back at St James with the best fans in the world! Moments to remember.”
Given this, Bruno Guimaraes responded with admiration: "Maradona".
