BREAKING NEWS: Manchester City make final offer to Leicester for Riyad Mahrez

Manchester City have made a final offer to Leicester involving a player plus cash worth up to £65m for Riyad Mahrez.

At this stage the identity of the Man City player involved in the deal is not yet known. We believe the offer was presented to Leicester in the last few hours. They are understood to be considering the offer as we speak but have not yet responded to this, Man City's fourth offer .
