Borussia Dortmund chief sends fresh Manchester United warning over Jadon Sancho transfer pursuit

Borussia Dortmund have said they are willing to “discuss” selling Jadon Sancho. However, they do not believe any club would be able to meet their asking price. The Bundesliga giants reportedly value Sancho at £100million. Manchester United are expected to try and swoop for the winger once the transfer window reopens. However, they could use their time to put pressure on Dortmund to cut down their demands. The German club’s chief executive Hans-Joachim Watzke has admitted there is a chance he could be sold although he vowed to demand very high fee. He said: “If Jadon approaches us and says he wants to leave no matter what – which has not happened so far – and a club wants to spend what we are asking for, we will discuss it. But I don't think a club will pay the fee we want.” Sancho has scored 34 goals in 99 appearances since joining Dortmund from their neighbours Manchester City for around £8million. Source: The Mirror
