Aston Villa are reportedly considering a move to sign Barcelona forward Ferran Torres.
The Spanish attacker played a significant role for the Catalans last season, contributing four goals and two assists in 33 La Liga appearances, ultimately helping the club secure the Spanish top-flight title.
Having previously played for Valencia and Manchester City, the Spain international joined Xavi's side in 2022.
According to Mundo Deportivo, the Villains are looking to secure a loan deal for the 23-year-old, with an option to make the move permanent for €25m.
However, the report suggests that Barca are not particularly enticed by a loan deal, and Torres himself does not seem eager to leave as he is content with his current surroundings.
Nevertheless, the Spanish giants are in need of offloading players this summer, which could work in Unai Emery's side's favor.
