Arturo Vidal has been left out of Bayern Munich’s pre-season squad for the club’s tour of the US.
The 31-year-old has been linked with Manchester United and his absence will only further intensify the speculation.
Vidal’s agent Fernando Felicevich’s arrival could soon see a transfer for the midfielder, according to the Chilean publication Emol.
But new Bayern Munich boss Niko Kovac said Vidal’s absence was down to him having not fully recovered.
In Monday, Vidal seemed to hint he would be a part of the squad after he uploaded a picture to his Instagram with the caption: "Whatever you do, you always have to be the BEST! We are ready 100%!!"
