Arsenal set to make an offer for Aleksandr Golovin

Arsenal new head coach Unai Emery gives the club the green light to sign CSKA Moscow midfielder Aleksandr Golovin, according to Football.London. CSKA rejected two bids of €17m and €18m from Juventus, while Italian journalist Gianluca Di Marzio has claimed that Golovin’s price tag is €25m (£21m). According to Russian news outlet SportExpress, scouts from Arsenal have provided Unai Emery with a report on Golovin and the Spaniard has given the go-ahead for the club to complete a deal. The report states that whilst an official offer from Arsenal hasn't been submitted as of yet, one is expected to come soon.
