Arsenal are "maintaining contact" with Houssem Aouar, but haven't made any concrete moves for the player's transfer, according to journalist Dahbia Hattabi. Now, Hattabi claims Aouar is in the Gunners' radar, however, Mikel Arteta's side haven't made any concrete moves, because they need to solve the financial problems first.
