Arsenal duo appear to confirm Nicolas Pep transfer deal

Nicolas Pepe is on the verge of £72million move to Arsenal, while people thought the Gunners only had a £45million transfer budget. Arsenal were interested in Pepe last summer and in the January transfer window too, but could not get a deal over the line. The Gunners duo Granit Xhaka and Emile Smith Rowe have dropped a big hint about Pepe’s potential move to the Emirates. They fuelled speculation that an announcement could be imminent after liking a post on Instagram. Pepe scored 22 goals in Ligue 1 last year.
