Arsenal are reportedly planning to send Belgian midfielder Albert Sambi Lokonga out on loan again for the upcoming season.
The 23-year-old was previously on loan at Crystal Palace from January to June.
According to Italian transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, while Arsenal's management believes in his skills and potential, they want him to gain more experience by getting more game time elsewhere.
The young midfielder signed a long-term contract with the Gunners on 19 July 2021, following his transfer from Anderlecht for a reported fee of around £17.2 million, which was subject to regulatory processes. Arsenal's manager, Mikel Arteta, was impressed with Lokonga's intelligence and maturity despite his young age. The Belgium international made his debut for the Gunners in a 2-0 away loss against Brentford.
As a squad member in Palace, Lokonga struggled to secure a regular starting spot in the duration of 5 months.
