Inter Milan are actively working towards securing the signature of Arsenal's defender, Takehiro Tomiyasu.
The Japan international is currently open for a transfer from Arsenal during this month's window. As per reports from FCInter1908 reveal that Inter Milan have taken steps to pursue the 24-year-old.
The Serie A side views Tomiyasu as a suitable candidate to fill the void left by Milan Skriniar, who departed for PSG earlier in the summer. Inter Milan's intention is to finalize the deal for a sum of €20 million.
According to reports, Mikel Arteta's side have proposed a swap arrangement which includes Folarin Balogun and Takehiro Tomiyasu, in an effort to secure the services of Nicolo Barella from the Italian giants.
The Japanese right-back is under contract with Arsenal until 2025, having joined the club in 2021 from Bologna.
