Liverpool and England midfielder Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain has extended his contract until 2023 though he was a non-playing sub as the Reds won the Champions League final 2-0 against Tottenham.
Chamberlain sustained knee injury against Roma in April 2018 and was forced to miss a year.
However, Jurgen Klopp believes Oxlde-Chamberlain will make a difference to his squad.
Welcoming him back to full training earlier this year, the German said: "It's brilliant and so good. Seeing his smile after he missed the chance was heartbreaking.
"He's such a wonderful, wonderful person. Even better as a player, imagine that? He's already a really good player but as a guy he is outstanding."
