Alan Shearer has reacted to Newcastle United's latest win in the Carabao Cup quarter-final.
The Magpies celebrated a 2 - 0 victory over Leicester City on Tuesday evening. Dan Burn and Joelinton scored to secure the team's place in the semi-finals of the domestic competition.
Shearer was impressed by the team's performance and shared his high praise for two Newcastle goalscorers.
"Brilliant team performance Newcastle. Big Joe and Big Dan outstanding. Semi finals here we come," he wrote on Twitter.
