Ruben Neves praises Wolves teammate after Sheffield United win

Ruben Neves thinks his Wolves teammate Fabio Silva ‘is improving a lot as a player in this moment’. The 19-year-old was handed a rare start by Bruno Lage in Sunday’s FA Cup third round clash with Sheffield United. Wolves celebrated a 3-0 win over the Blades thanks to Daniel Podence's brace and Nelson Semedo's goal. Silva was brilliant leading the line, and linked up with Podence especially well. He eventually made way for Jimenez in the second-half, leaving to a standing ovation. It was undoubtedly a good afternoon’s work from the youngster. And after the game Neves reckoned Silva is doing much better now. He said (via Wolves’ official website):
“He did really well. He’s improving as a player a lot in this moment, and he did it again. I’m happy for him, but now it’s up to him to keep improving.   “It’s all about improving to help the team and I’m sure he will.”
