Eddie Hearn reveals if Anthony Joshua will follow Fury into WWE

Eddie Hearn has praised Tyson Fury for his much talked about WWE appearance but does not believe Anthony Joshua will be following his heavyweight rival into the wrestling ring anytime soon. Fury is rumoured to be making his WWE debut at Crown Jewel in Saudi Arabia, as he got involved in some hysterics with Braun Strowman. The Gypsy King leapt over the barricades and attempted to get into the ring before security staff jumped on him to hold him back, having been goaded by Strowman. Fury has now been invited on to WWE Raw on Monday to address the situation. Asked if Joshua would consider making a WWE appearance of his own – particularly if there was money involved – Hearn continued: “No I don’t think he’d be down for that. I don’t think there was any money involved, it was more just great exposure. What was it, 3.8 million people watching? It’s brilliant, great, very clever. “Again, it’s another one of those things where people say, “Oh it’s so cringing”. And they just don’t realise the bigger picture.”
