Duncan Castle claims three top Wolves stars are up for sale this summer, including £16m man

Wolverhampton Wanderers expected to be busy during the summer transfer window. The Premier League side is on course for a disappointing finish this season. Wolves finished seventh for two seasons since the club's promotion in 2018. The sales of Matt Doherty and Diogo Jota have proven a significant problem for Nuno Espirito Santo's side. While injuries for the likes of Raul Jimenez, Jonny and Willy Boly have been entirely trouble. Wolves need to improve the defensive struggles with a couple of additions, but they will probably be making some sales in order to sign the top quality they need. According to journalist Duncan Castles on the Transfer Window podcast, Wolves could sell three top stars this summer. He said: “I’m hearing it’s not just Pedro Neto who is being made available for sale, it’s also Ruben Neves and Adama Traore. [They are] essentially the three most sellable and valuable talents in Wolves’ squad at present, excluding Raul Jimenez. “Adama is 25, he is contracted until 2023. They want to sell at least one of those for a substantial fee, perhaps more than one, and then reinvest and freshen up the squad.”
