Egypt manager Carlos Queiroz has spoken out on Liverpool's Mohamed Salah. Salah has joined his national team for the upcoming games in the Africa Cup of Nations. The Pharaohs will begin their AFCON journey with a game against Nigeria on Tuesday, January 11. Speaking on Salah, the former Portugal manager and former Manchester United assistant manager said: “He is the best player in the world right now, and with that comes belief and confidence. "We build a team. But we build it with the best player in the world included but don’t tell Cristiano, he will be upset with me!”
Salah has been in fine form this season as he has scored 23 goals in 26 games for the Reds and has provided 9 assists across all competitions.#Egypt head coach Carlos Queiroz on Mohamed Salah: “He is the best player in the world right now, and with that comes belief and confidence.
