Diogo Jota insists the Liverpool dressing room aren't thinking about any potential records.
Jurgen Klopp's side equalled a club record in midweek when they beat Atletico Madrid 2-0 in the Champions League to extend their unbeaten run to 25 games.
However, Jota says the team are focusing only on winning the next match, but such stats are a good indicator of how well they are doing.
"I don’t think [we’re thinking about it]," the Portugal international told the club website.
"There are always interesting stats, but in the end all we want is to win the next game and the next game.
"Obviously, those kind of markers are always helpful to show us we’re doing the right things.
"It’s a big club with a big history, so it’s not easy to do special things – things that haven’t been done before.
"We have a chance in the next few games to establish a good mark for a long time. I think it’s a good opportunity and it’s up to us to take it."
