Dillian Whyte breaks silence on alleged failed drug test before Oscar Rivas fight

Dillian Whyte allegedly tested positive for two metabolites of the anabolic steroid Dianabol just days before his fight with Oscar Rivas but Whyte insists he beat Rivas “fair and square”. Whyte said on Friday: "I am so disappointed with the rubbish that has been said about me over the last few days. I have lawyers dealing with it and I have been told that I can't talk about it for good legal reasons. I was cleared to fight and I won that fight fair and square." Rivas later said he hopes the result of the fight is overturned and scratched from his record. "The only thing to do is wait for what the International Commission of Boxing say because these are things that are really very anti-sporting," he said."I think yes, if they want we will try and fight for the same title. Thanks to God I'll continue unbeaten. The truth is this defeat caused me a bit of distress but the support of the people pushes me on, we have to go forward."
