Diego Simeone has sent a message to Thomas Partey, following the player's transfer to Arsenal. The Ghana international has completed a £45 million move to the Emirates Stadium. Mikel Arteta's side have activated the release clause of the contract with Atletico Madrid. Meanwhile, the Spanish side were unhappy with Arsenal’s lack of communication in the closing stages of the transfer window. But speaking about the release clause and Partey's transfer Simone said: "In these situations of the clauses we cannot give many opinions.
