Deontay Wilder fears Tyson Fury will use WWE injury excuses to avoid rematch

Deontay Wilder has expressed a fear that Tyson Fury will use his WWE venture as an excuse to avoid rematch. Fury’s rematch of his epic world heavyweight title draw with Wilder is in serious doubt as he banks £12m for his WWE debut this month, The Gypsy King has signed the huge deal to face the Monster among Men- Braun Strowman at Crown Jewel in Saudi Arabia on October 31. “I’m not surprised he got into WWE,” Wilder told SunSport in reaction to the news. “We’d been saying this a long time ago that he’s gonna try it, he’s been making excuses about the rematch. “Now he’s got into the WWE, he’s gonna get ‘injured’ makeup excuses and, lo and behold, we already hearing about he sprained his ankle. Yeah, he’s messing around with those big guys, but I do not want to hear no excuses, none, no excuses.”
