Dejan Lovren sends advice to Manchester City following Champions League defeat

  Former Liverpool star Dejan Lovren has sent an "advice" to Manchester City following their Champions League defeat on Saturday. City suffered a 1-0 defeat to Chelsea as the Blues lifted the title. A goal from Kai Havertz towards the end of the first half helped Thomas Tuchel's side to celebrate the victory. Following the game, Lovren took to Twitter to congratulate Chelsea and also send a message to City. His tweet included the names of Croatian players who have won the Champions League every year since 2013.
