Dean Smith sends a message following his appointment as Norwich City manager

  Dean Smith has sent a message following his appointment as Norwich City manager. Smith was appointed as Norwich manage on Monday as the Canaries sacked their manager Daniel Farke earlier this month. Smith said: "You can really sense the connection between the fans, the staff and the players. Together, we all have to make Carrow Road a really tough place for visiting teams."
