De Gea, Martial, Shaw: Manchester United injury latest and expected return dates

Manchester United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer delivered a positive injury update ahead of Wednesday's Champions League clash against Paris Saint-Germain. United can secure their place in the knockout phase of the competition by avoiding defeat against the French champions at Old Trafford. Anthony Martial left United's training ground after just 11 minutes on Monday due to illness. He is expected to return for PSG clash. David De Gea was substituted at half-time against Saints after hurting his knee when attempting to keep out James Ward-Prowse's free-kick in the first-half. He is expected to be fit for United's Champions League clash against the French side. Luke Shaw has returned to training after recovering from a hamstring strain picked up in the win against Everton but is unlikely to be risked against PSG. His expected return date is December 5. Phil Jones remains sidelined until after Christmas but wasn't registered for United's Champions League squad anyway. Paul Pogba and Scott McTominay also returned to training this week, while Eric Bailly returned on November 23. Jesse Lingard is available after a period of self-isolation, while Alex Telles is fine, despite his late withdrawal against Southampton.
