David Seaman delivers verdict on Arsenal summer signing Aaron Ramsdale

  Former Arsenal goalkeeper David Seaman has spoken out on Aaron Ramsdale. Ramsdale joined the Gunners in the summer of 2021 from Sheffield United on a long-term contract. So far, the 23-year-old has been impressive for the Gunners as he has made 9 appearances overall in which he has kept 5 clean sheets and conceded 5 goals. "I have seen him [Ramsdale] in training and in games as well, and I’m really impressed," Seaman told the Daily Mirror. "He’s improved a lot. He’s got a great character and looks to be settling well." "A lot of Arsenal fans weren’t too sure about him [Ramsdale] signing but he’s proved them wrong so far," Seaman added. "It reminds me lot of what I was used to when I joined Arsenal. The fans all used to sing that, “John Lukic is better than David Seaman”.
