Arsenal goalkeeper David Ospina, who is currently on loan at Napoli, had suffered horror injury on Sunday in the Serie A game against Udinese.
The incident occurred early on in the match when Ospina dived out to meet a low cross and collided with Udinese’s Argentinean striker Ignacio Pussetto in the seventh minute.
