David Ornstein shares what he has heard of Liverpool transfer plans, fans might be disappointed

David Ornstein has claimed that Liverpool will most likely avoid signing anyone in January transfer window. According to The Athletic, the Reds were keen on a number of exciting attacking players. However, Ornstein states that arrivals are unlikely this month. The Athletic journalist has revealed what he has heard about Jurgen Klopp's side's plan for the 2021-22 campaign. As per it, the £36 million addititon of Ibrahima Konate last summer was always supposed to be the only addition made by the Reds this season. Mohamed Salah and Sadio Mane will be absent in January because of AFCON duty, meaning that the journalist's comments might disappoint the supporters.
