David Moyes has claimed that his current West Ham team are on the right way to becoming even better than the team he had at Everton.
The Scott manager was talking to WHUFC.com about the current group of players he has at his disposal at the London Stadium.
And Moyes made a very interesting comparison with the squad he built at Everton.
"This is as good as I’ve had. This is right up there. By the time I reached year ten at Everton, I had real quality players, international players, and a balance with a team who understood me," said the Hammers' boss.
"But in year two at Everton, I didn’t have the same quality of player as I have now at West Ham.”
On Sunday afternoon his current and former teams will face each other in the Premier League campaign, at Goodison Park.
