David de Gea posts cryptic tweet after Erik ten Hag's Manchester United lose to Newcastle

Ex-Manchester United goalkeeper David de Gea has posted a cryptic message on social media after another defeat for his former team. 

The Red Devils suffered another Premier League loss on Saturday, as rivals Newcastle secured a 1-0 victory over Erik ten Hag's team. As a result, the team now occupies the 7th spot in the Premier League standings.

De Gea, controversially dropped by manager Ten Hag in July, seemingly reacted to United's loss to Newcastle with a cold face emoji.

Despite reports of a potential January move to Real Betis cooling, De Gea remains without a club, having rejected offers from Saudi Arabian clubs in the summer. Meanwhile, speculation suggests Ten Hag's job may be in jeopardy, with United facing challenges in the Premier League and Carabao Cup.
