  Daniel Sturridge has got Liverpool fans excited with his tweet about Kylian Mbappe. Sturridge played for the Reds from 2013 to 2019. Sturridge took to Twitter to make a post about Mbappe following France's defeat to Switzerland in EURO 2020 round of 16. Didier Deschamps' side were knocked out of the tournament after they suffered a defeat to Switzerland on penalties with a 5-4 score. The game ended in a 3-3 draw and after an extra time, the game was decided on penalties as the PSG star was came to take the last penalty, however, it was saved by Yann Sommer. Following the game, Sturridge wrote: "Everyone needs to chill with the jokes and show some love and support to the young talent @KMbappe. This guy is world class at 22! He will only get better and learn from tonight. Can’t wait to see your comeback and be even better next season bro, stay strong."
