Dan Kilpatrick: Tottenham open talks with Sporting for £70 m star

He scored 20 goals and provided 13 assists for Sporting last season. Fernandes has been linked with almost every Premier League top - 6 side, including Manchester United, Manchester City and Liverpool.  His estimated value is £50 m according to Transfermarkt, but Portuguese side demands at least £70 m for the move.  Fernandes plays in the center.
