According to the
Independent, Palace have already completed a two-and-a-half year contract with Phillips.
Drogheda United Chairman Conor Hoey confirmed that the club had received a transfer fee including add-ons for their teenage star.
The Eagles are expected to officially announce the 19-year-old before the end of the week.
