Cristiano Ronaldo was unveiled as a Juventus player for the first time on Monday after completing a £100m transfer from Real Madrid. The star’s first appearance in a Juventus shirt is likely to come on the opening weekend of Serie A. However, the Portugal international is set to skip their pre-season friendlies including match against his former club Real Madrid.
Juventus are expected to play International Champions Cup friendlies against Bayern Munich, Benfica and Real Madrid.
Cristiano Ronaldo will make his debut only after World Cup break on August 18-19.
Ronaldo scored four goals in four games at the World Cup with Portugal, but they were knocked out in the second round by Uruguay.
