Cristiano Ronaldo receives criticism after third successive goalless display

Former Real Madrid star Cristiano Ronaldo arrived in Turin for a near £100million fee.  Ronaldo played his third Serie A game for the Old Lady on Saturday and, although Juventus have made a perfect start to the campaign, the Portuguese is yet to get off the mark. The Italian press have hit out at Cristiano Ronaldo for his underwhelming start to life with Juventus. Newspaper Corriere dello Sport headlined 'CR5.5' on their front page - a play on words in reference to Ronaldo's CR7 nickname, and the rating he received from Fantacalcio, Italy's most popular fantasy football game. Ronaldo spent nine seasons at the Bernabeu, scoring a remarkable 450 goals in 438 appearances in all competitions.
