Cristiano Ronaldo diagnosed with injury that has 'no cure' before Manchester United return

Cristiano Ronaldo is in great physical condition at the age of 36, but the Portuguese star was once diagnosed with a knee injury that has 'no guaranteed cure'. Cristiano is getting closer to his second Manchester United debut against Newcastle this afternoon. Despite being at the age of 36, the Portugal international remains at the top of his game and is in superb physical form. Ahead of his United comeback, reports have again stated that Ronaldo has been playing with a knee condition called 'tendinosis' since 2014. The condition is said to have no guaranteed cure, although 80% of people recover from it by resting for 3-8 months. Portugal first revealed that Cristiano was suffering from tendinosis in June 2014, but instead of resting he decided to captain his team at the World Cup 2014 in Brazil. However, the five-time winner of Ballon d'Or is all strongly prepared for his new campaign at Old Trafford.   Source - dailystar Join us on Telegram!/ Follow us on Twitter!
