"Could do everything": Arsene Wenger compares reported Liverpool target to Thierry Henry

Former Arsenal manager Arsene Enger has compared Liverpool's reported target Marcus Thuram to Thierry Henry. Borussia Mönchengladbach forward has impressed with his side, attracting the newly-crowned Premier League champions for the January transfer window. According to El Pais, Liverpool have been linked with the move for the 23-year-old attacker, who is currently rated at £44 million. And, while sharing his thoughts on one of the best strikers in the Premier League history, Gunners legendary boss told Der Spiegel: “Henry had the timing of the smartest footballers. He was also very strong physically. And technically he could do everything. “In fact, there is a player in the Bundesliga who reminds me of him – Marcus Thuram from Borussia Monchengladbach.”
